Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email. If your account was disabled, contact us.
I created an account — what happens next?
A Caliber manager reviews new accounts. Once you're approved as a representative, your field map, install tracking and training appear in the app. The ZIP-code fiber checker and the Sell Fiber game work without an account.
Delete my account
In the app, open the account menu (your initials, top right) → Your profile → Delete account. It takes effect immediately. You can also email us to ask for deletion.

The ZIP-code checker summarises the FCC National Broadband Map. For service at a specific address, check with the internet provider directly.
